　　焊接，一種應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域極其廣泛的技術(shù)和工藝。它不像汽車、船舶、飛機(jī)、機(jī)械制造等行業(yè)那樣會(huì)在終端工序上產(chǎn)生出一種能夠望文生義、有形有樣的產(chǎn)品，但卻能覆蓋和滲透到了國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的方方面面。

　　Welding is a widely used technology and process in various fields. It is not like industries such as automobiles, ships, airplanes, and machinery manufacturing that produce a tangible and diverse product at the end of the production process, but it can cover and penetrate all aspects of the national economy.

　　今天焊接已從「三星堆」到以焊接機(jī)器人和智能焊接系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用為代表的新階段。也早已不是馬路邊一蹲蹲半天，激光四射，路人快步走過的粗活臟活。我國的焊接，有中專、職高，也有本科、碩士、博士學(xué)位。只要愿意就業(yè)，不愁找不到工作。

　　Today, China's welding industry has moved from "Sanxingdui" to a new stage represented by the application of welding robots and intelligent welding systems. It's no longer the rough and dirty work of squatting on the roadside for half a day, with lasers shining and passersby walking briskly. The welding profession in our country includes vocational schools, vocational colleges, as well as undergraduate, master's, and doctoral degrees. 　　在世界焊接的舞臺(tái)上，有兩項(xiàng)工程獲得了國際焊接學(xué)會(huì)（IIW）的榮譽(yù)，分別是體育場(chǎng)鳥巢和港珠澳大橋。?鳥巢的獲獎(jiǎng)，打破了由西方壟斷焊接結(jié)構(gòu)大獎(jiǎng)的歷史。其高空大跨度的馬鞍形設(shè)計(jì)獨(dú)特，內(nèi)部沒有一根立柱，全焊接的重型鋼結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)焊接質(zhì)量要求之高、難度之大，不要說在沒有先例，在全世界的焊接史上也極少見。港珠澳大橋焊接技術(shù)團(tuán)隊(duì)將機(jī)器人焊接技術(shù)用于鋼橋制造領(lǐng)域，建成國內(nèi)首條板單元自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)線，率先在我國大跨度鋼橋制造上采用免涂裝耐候鋼焊接技術(shù)，獲多項(xiàng)發(fā)明。

　　On the world welding stage, two projects in China have received the highest honor from the International Institute of Welding (IIW), namely the National Stadium Bird's Nest and the Hong Kong Zhuhai Macao Bridge.? The award of the Bird's Nest broke the history of Western countries monopolizing the welding structure award. Its high-altitude and large-span saddle shaped design is unique, with no columns inside. The fully welded heavy-duty steel structure requires high welding quality and difficulty, which is unprecedented in China and rare in the history of welding worldwide. The welding technology team of the Hong Kong Zhuhai Macao Bridge has for the first time applied robot welding technology to the field of steel bridge manufacturing, building the first automated production line for plate units in China. They have also taken the lead in using non coating weather resistant steel welding technology in the manufacturing of large-span steel bridges in China and have obtained multiple invention patents.

　　突破的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)包括但不限于：研制成功U形肋、板肋與面板組拼的自動(dòng)組裝機(jī)床，實(shí)現(xiàn)了自動(dòng)行走、打磨、除塵、定位、壓緊和機(jī)器人取代人工實(shí)現(xiàn)定位焊的自動(dòng)化；

　　The key breakthrough technologies include but are not limited to: the successful development of an automatic assembly machine for U-shaped ribs, plate ribs, and panel assembly, which realizes automatic walking, polishing, dust removal, positioning, pressing, and robot replacement of manual positioning welding automation;

　　使用焊接機(jī)器人配合反變形翻轉(zhuǎn)胎，實(shí)現(xiàn)多條加筋肋同步焊接，焊縫質(zhì)量好，焊接效率高；

　　For the first time, a welding robot was used in conjunction with an anti deformation flipping tire to achieve synchronous welding of multiple reinforced ribs, resulting in good weld quality and high welding efficiency;

　　開發(fā)了焊接質(zhì)量監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)，實(shí)現(xiàn)了焊接參數(shù)的實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控，確保了焊接質(zhì)量可追溯性；

　　Developed a welding quality monitoring system that enables real-time monitoring of welding parameters, ensuring traceability of welding quality;

　　建造了國內(nèi)首條鋼箱梁板單元制造自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)線等。

　　We have built the first automated production line for steel box girder slab unit manufacturing in China.

　　制造業(yè)的由大變強(qiáng)，可以從焊接的未來發(fā)展上找到端倪。焊接事業(yè)的由大變強(qiáng)，也會(huì)影響到制造業(yè)的未來走向。

　　The transformation of China's manufacturing industry from large to strong can be traced back to the future development of welding in China. The transformation of China's welding industry from large to strong will also affect the future direction of China's manufacturing industry.
